Very Low Calorie Diet

After hitting 312 pounds and feeling desperate, I went on a Very Low Calorie Diet. Being obese is not fun and was threatening my very life.

As I’m going through this, I’m using this blog as an outlet to share my experiences. Since I am also very curious by nature, I am learning about Obesity, Very Low Calorie Diets and related subjects. I’m posting about them as well.
